This website is operated by Gadsden Valuations Limited (Company No. 17079555), registered in England and Wales. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration number ZC104915).

2. What We Collect

When you register for an account on behalf of your organisation, we collect your name, work email address, and organisation name. These are business contact details processed as part of our commercial relationship with your organisation.

When you use our valuation services, we record the property addresses submitted for valuation and the results produced. Property addresses are public information about buildings — they are not personal data.

3. Payments

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive, store, or have access to card details. Stripe provides us with a transaction reference and the amount paid. We also accept BACS payments.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use business contact details to manage your account, process orders, deliver valuation reports, and communicate service updates. We use valuation data to deliver the service you have requested and to maintain an audit trail for regulatory compliance purposes.

5. Data Retention

Business contact details are retained for the duration of our commercial relationship with your organisation. Valuation records (requests, inputs, outputs, model version, confidence scores) are retained indefinitely for audit trail and regulatory compliance purposes.

6. Data Sharing

We share payment data with Stripe for payment processing. We use Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare for CDN and security, and Hetzner for hosting. We do not sell, rent, or trade any data. We will comply with lawful requests from courts or regulators.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for session management, CSRF protection, and cookie consent. We use Google Analytics (GA4) for anonymised usage statistics, loaded only with your consent.

8. Data Location

All data is stored in the EU (Hetzner, Helsinki, Finland).

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes.
