Can I test your accuracy before buying?

Yes. Upload up to 250 recent completions and we’ll value each as of today. Because Land Registry data takes months to publish, your recent sales can’t be in our training data — a structurally blind test. No cost, no commitment. You can also review a sample report and our published accuracy metrics before purchasing.

Can I run Gadsden alongside my existing AVM?

Yes. Many lenders use Gadsden as an independent cross-check at 20p per valuation. When both AVMs agree, you have more confidence. When they disagree, you’ve flagged a property worth a second look. No contract, no integration required — CSV upload or API.
