Every valuation is fully traceable

From the model version that produced it to the feature vector that drove it — every valuation is recorded, reproducible, and audit-ready.

What we record

Every valuation produced by Gadsden stores a complete audit record. Nothing is discarded, nothing is overwritten. The full chain of evidence is preserved from request to output.

Per-valuation record

  • The exact model version that produced it (e.g. Gadsden Meridian v6.11)
  • Date and time of the valuation
  • A unique valuation reference number
  • The full feature vector — all data inputs to the model
  • The valuation output: point estimate, prediction interval, FSD, and confidence tier
  • The comparable properties selected as market evidence
  • Who requested it and through which channel (web, API, or bulk upload)

Reproducibility

A valuation is only as useful as your ability to explain it. Gadsden stores the inputs, the model, and the reasoning — so any valuation can be reconstructed and justified, months or years after it was produced.

Model version archiving

Every model version is archived indefinitely. Model files, training metadata, and validation metrics are retained so that any historical valuation can be traced back to the exact model that produced it.

Feature vector storage

The stored feature vector means any valuation can be explained: which data points contributed, how much each feature influenced the output, and what comparable evidence the model drew upon.

Model version history

Full model version history is maintained with training metadata — training date, feature set, sample size, and validation metrics. Each version is independently backtested before deployment.

Bulk and portfolio audit

Batch valuations are first-class citizens in the audit trail. Every bulk run is grouped, referenced, and individually traceable.

Batch referencing

Bulk valuations are grouped by batch with a unique batch reference. Upload a portfolio of 10,000 properties and every valuation within that batch is linked, searchable, and exportable as a single unit.

Portfolio-level reporting

Batch reports provide portfolio-level statistics — aggregate accuracy metrics, confidence tier distribution, and value band breakdowns. The document your risk committee needs, generated automatically.

Individual traceability

Every individual valuation within a batch has its own reference and full PDF report. Drill from portfolio overview to individual property with a single click.

Your account history

Your complete valuation history is available from your dashboard — searchable, filterable, and exportable.

Full searchable history

Every valuation you have ever run is retained and accessible. Search by address, postcode, date range, model version, or confidence tier.

CSV export

Export your full valuation history to CSV for your own records, internal reporting, or regulatory submissions. Filter before export to get exactly the data you need.

Organisation accounts

Organisation accounts provide shared access to the full audit trail. All members see every valuation run by the organisation — no gaps, no silos.

Model governance

Gadsden Meridian is deployed with full governance metadata. Model changes are documented, versioned, and independently validated before going live.

Deployment metadata

Each model version is deployed with full metadata: training date, feature set, training sample size, and out-of-sample validation metrics. This information is available on request and referenced in every valuation report.

Quarterly bulk test reports

Out-of-sample bulk test reports are published with every model release. Walk-forward backtested against held-out Land Registry transactions — PE5, PE10, PE15, PE20, MdAPE, and FSD metrics, segmented by property type, price band, and region. Published on the accuracy page.

Change documentation

Model changes are documented and versioned. Feature additions, training data updates, and methodological changes are recorded with rationale and impact assessment. No silent updates.
