Do valuations expire?
No. Valuations remain on your account until used.
Can I get a refund on unused valuations?
Yes. Unused valuations can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, minus any valuations already consumed.
Can I test your model before buying valuations?
Yes. Backtesting is free — no credit card required. Upload a CSV of addresses where you already know the sale price and see how we perform against your own data. Production valuations for live underwriting consume paid valuations.
Is API access included?
Yes, for all bundles except Single. Buy any bundle of 10 or more valuations and API access is enabled automatically on your account. Same valuations, same pricing — whether you use the dashboard or the API. View API documentation.
